This ability highlights the main difficulty that companies face when transforming themselves: the balance between a collective preservation reflex - resistance to change - and the ability of systems to adapt, and even reinvent themselves.
Homéos Conseil was created in 2011 by Christelle Das Neves, former HRD then consultant. With the desire to propose a new way of advising, bringing value without weighing down the ways of working and in the framework of socially responsible projects.
Bruno Salvaudon and Jean-Marie Joyeux, former colleagues and longtime friends, joined the firm from its inception, joined in the following years by experienced consultants with skills and personalities as rich as they were complementary.
